I know that avocado is a fashionable fruit, but I don’t like it very much. But, in this combination, it is delicious. I don’t know, maybe because of the goat cheese or the olive oil. I’ve hardly decided to try it, but I don’t regret now. I like this recipe very much and I think it is a good idea for a healthy, tasteful and nourishing breakfast.
Breakfast for those who like good food. It includes everything you need for having energy all day long, a day that starts with something tasty and delicious :).
Toast with avocado and goat cheese!
A portion has about 300 calories, protein sufficient for long time fullness, 2 sources of good fat (avocado and olive oil) and….taste of course!
Toast with avocado and goat cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of toasted bread
- 1/2 piece of avocado crushed with fork
- 100 g goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 slices of lime
STEPS
Spread the crushed avocado on a slice of bread with a knife. Sprinkle some goat cheese, then, put a few drops of olive oil on top. Decorate with a few slices of lime and enjoy it immediately.
